BMC Consultation, Massage, Acupuncture & Bodywork Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy:‍ ‍

All 'Late Cancellations' (Cancelling within 24 hours prior to your appointment) & 'No-Shows' (Completely failing to arrive for your appointment) are subject to a fee of the total amount of the booked service cost. Package sessions may be used to cover ‘Late Cancellation’ or ‘No-Show’ fees. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment any time before the 24 hour mark prior to your originally booked time to avoid being charged the above mentioned fee. As A Reminder: Each appointment is specially reserved for each client, which means resources are consumed in preparation & anticipation for their arrival. Therefore, if you can’t make it to your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours before so we can offer that time & resources to someone who is in need & waiting to be seen.

Other BMC Policies & Disclosures:

-All credit & debit card transactions are subject to a 4.5% processing fee. Other payment options have no processing fee.

-PACKAGE & GIFT CARD sales/purchases are final (non refundable). PACKAGES & their sessions expire one year after date of purchase. GIFT CARD value does NOT expire & is not redeemable for cash.

-All health coaching/nutrition consultations, massage, acupuncture & bodywork services are provided BY APPOINTMENT ONLY & subject to availability. Appointment availability subject to change.
